| Before I begin, I would like to make it clear that it is not my intention to set myself up as some kind of moral ideal. Far from it. I am open about my personal failings. I have in the past surreptitiously removed dining-ware from Sharples and then deliberately held on to it, sometimes for as long as several weeks; I have several times engaged in casual file-sharing without sufficient virus protection. I have attended several society-merrymakings at the Swarthmore Paces social establishment; when instructed to do therefore there, I have indeed "gotten low" on several occasions, and because I do not entirely understand the meaning of the expression it is entirely possible that I have "been caught riding dirty" without realizing that I was doing therefore. I've had my fair share of overdue library materials, if you know what I'm saying, which is that I have had my fair share of overdue library materials. ... |
